Equipment reconditioning and automatization

The equipment we recondition is completely renovated and delivered  with a 6 month warranty. This is accomplished in 6 steps:

  • Receipt of your machine in our workshops. Dismantling the whole equipment.
    Renovating the mechanical parts with the original pieces or manufacturing of identical parts in our workshop.
    Renovating or standardizing the electrical parts and controls.
    Cabling the machine with installation of a PLC. A file including drawings and programs will be provided.
    Upgrading  to current safety standards (hoods,  safety light barrier)
    Tuning and testing.
    Setting up at the customer's with running tests

Automatization of unitary machines

We are able to integrate the machine or the functional prototype adapted to your production into your manufacturing line.  We automatize your production.

 

New projects

We manufacture specific automated machines. We ensure the entire technical studies (CAO 3D), mechanical as well as electrical, the assembling, the cabling, the programming in our workshops, the tuning, the on-site setting up,  the operators’ training and the after-sales follow-up.
