After Sales Service
The after sales service is provided by the SEM Automation technicians. They are dedicated to our customers, highly qualified, polyvalent and reliable.
The remote control maintenance for machines equipped with a modem or the control by fixed IP for PC assisted machines, facilitates the first diagnosis and a quick re-starting of the system.
Commercial spare parts: We have established a partnership with our suppliers who can, on our request, send parts directly to our customers.
Specific parts not in store: Our reactivity and our means of production ensure a quick delivery with the most suitable type of transport.
Preventive and predictive maintenance
If you wish to partly or entirely externalize your maintenance, you can rely on the proficiency of our teams: SEM fitter technicians, logic controllers or electricians will intervene in your premises.
