Autoclave

Stainless circular section Ø 600 mm.

The pressure cycles (6 bars) and depression cycles (- 0,7 bar) are carried out by 2 diaphragm pumps, actuated by the compressed air.

Pressure and depression are exclusively ran out with water, with the diaphragm pumps.

Retractable locking system equipped with a basket for stainless samples.

Fill-in electro valve and manual draining water valve.

Autoclave connected to the automatic PLC allowing to launch the cycles : methods A - B - C.

Entirely insulated, and designed in order to ensure a flow of homogeneous hot air without any cold point.

Equipped with a positioning grid for the test-tubes.

Controlled sprinkling and air nozzle in order to guarantee the desired hygroscopy according to the selected method (A, B or C).

Heating system with resistances, power 9 KW.
