Technical means

 

With more than 2000m2, the mechanics area is divided into the working metal workshop and the machining shop.


1-For the cutting-off operations,  we are equipped with different saws :

  • 1 cutter saw
  • 1 digital-control band saw

2-The metal workshop is provided with a set of machines :

  • 4000 mm long Colly CN folding machines
    3000 mm long and 10 mm thick shears
    1 metal sheet roller
    1 nibbling machine
    6 mig mag and tig welding posts

3- The turning workshop can shape any type of parts with the following tooling :

  • 1 five axe CN Polymab lathe (450x800 diameter)
    1 CN Unimab lathe ( 500x1270 diameter)
    1 CN Unimab 450 lathe ( 200x800 diameter)
    1 Cazeneuve HP 575 lathe
    1 high capacity lathe (660x3000 diameter)
    1 overhead travelling-crane (3,2 ton capacity)

4-The milling/machining shop works with :

  • radial drills
    1 CN – 1200x900 milling machines
    2 CN -1200x600 milling machines
    1 Dufour 900x300 milling machine

5- The assembly shop is fitted out with semi-automatic, aluminum, stainless steel, by point posts and various equipments such as drill presses and portable tooling, The whole unit is completed with two 5 ton capacity overhead traveling cranes.

6- The Elec sector is responsible for :

  • Cabling machines
    Data buses
    Electrical cabinets

 

7-The industrial painting work is achieved in a 12x5m cabin equipped with a preparation laboratory.
